VACANCY in Manchester Portable Cabin Fitter – Joinery Plumbing Painting

We have a position available within our cabin refurbishment workshop in Miles Platting Manchester for a motivated, knowledgeable & hand working individual to join our team as a cabin fitter. We are looking for a person who is able to take their hand to a wide range of jobs within the workshop & who will go the extra mile

Experience within the site accommodation sector is preferred but we are open minded

To be a successful candidate you must have the knowledge, experience & willingness to carry out any of the following jobs/trades when required

Joinery

Plumbing

Preparation & Painting

Tools for the job

Vinyl floor covering welding/installation experience

General maintenance, repair, assembly & fitting work

Be flexible & self-motivated, may on occasion require staying away from home

CSCS card preferred but arranged for the right candidate

Experience of working at heights beneficial

Forklift experience preferred

Excellent all-round construction process understanding

Full UK driving licence

Good physical condition & stamina

Salary negotiable depending on experience

Further training opportunities provided

Work schedule

Monday – Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm will be required to work overtime during busy periods
